Work you’ll do
The Human Capital (HC) Business Intelligence (BI) Practitioner will support the Human Resources (HR) client by managing a variety of data from the HR system of record and other external data sources. This includes sustaining an ad hoc help desk, creating pre-canned reporting solutions, and building visually appealing dashboards and infographics.
The report developer will also be responsible for gathering any necessary requirements, uncovering nuances in the data, working directly with HC data customers, and ensuring the proper maintenance of the deliverable(s).
The HC BI Analyst will also be supporting the client with strategic initiatives to aide in modernizing and elevating the client's capability across key workforce analytics dimensions, i.e. Automation, Visualization, Reporting, Data Quality, Data Collection, Benchmarking, and more.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph aligned with the end client.
- 2+ years of hands on data and/or analytics experience.
- 2+ years of dashboard and/or visualization experience.
- 2+ years of reporting experience.
- 2+ years of requirements gathering experience.
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Fort Meade, MD.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in an applicable field, I/O Psychology highly preferred
- Masters degree in I/O Psychology
- Prior management consulting experience
