Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

- Research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, and develop relationships with important stakeholders through direct outbound personalised communication channels i.e. outbound calling, strategic email, and social campaigns.
- Qualify and develop outbound & inbound leads that result in pipeline opportunities. (50% conversion rate). 75% outbound & 25% inbound.
- Build strategic business opportunities through outreach efforts (8-12 per month).
- Immerse yourself within the world of threat detection and investigation response and build your knowledge base to gain creditability and interest when positioning Graylog to our customers.
- Build market intelligence and foster client relationships through personalized, timely, and relevant messaging.
- Identify projects and strategic initiatives for assigned accounts, why the initiative/project is a priority now, and share how Graylog can meet the business and technical needs of our customers.
- Analyze the top 10 accounts to identify key contacts & coordinate with other Account Executives to foster a strategic action plan.
- Partner with other sales teams, marketing, and enablement to coordinate campaigns and align on new objectives promptly.
- Combine and orchestrate data from HubSpot, TechTarget, ISMG, 6sense and other related sales enablement technologies to; identify priorities and promote effective outreach.
Little bit about you;

- 12+ months of demonstrated ability selling or building pipelines for b2b software solutions. Previous experience in security is advantageous.
- Experience working with ABX strategies and associated tooling i.e. 6sense or similar.
- Thorough understanding and appreciation of utilizing a company’s CRM to its full potential. We use HubSpot.
- Desire to move the needle! You’ll be motivated by exceeding goals and earning commissions; sets stretch targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Focus and desire for continuous improvement. You will have a mindset of looking for ways to make things more efficient, look for opportunities to improve, and implement the changes and measure your results.
- Personal responsibility. You’ll understand the personal impact actions have on pipeline and others. You’ll seek out knowledge and opportunities for learning and improving SDR effectiveness.
- High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to try new approaches.
- A desire to be #1 on the team.
- Willing to be office-based at least 3 days per week to be in and among the SDR team.
