Key Responsibilities of the Client Implementation Manager:
- Depending on the opportunity, either work independently or in tandem with an Implementation Account Service Manager to project-manage new client implementations, including gathering requirements, creating, and managing a project plan, and coordinating in-house resources to deliver on that plan.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to clients in HRA administration, eligibility data, operations, and communications in order to successfully complete new client transitions.
- Create and update all project documentation & obtain client approvals when finalized.
- Serve as liaison with the data team to ensure eligibility specifications align with program design.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams such as the product, funding, operations, and communications teams to assure overall readiness prior to program launch and all client requirements are configured.
- Implement multiple concurrent implementations while keeping all internal teams well informed of both project and client changes.
- Liaise between clients and Operations for specific participant escalations.
- Provide weekly status reports to client regarding project plan status.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Sense of accountability, owning one’s work and taking pride in it; commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years prior program, project, or account management experience within the healthcare or benefits administration industry.
- Work history should include experience that has provided you knowledge of medical insurance and/or Medicare insurance products. Prior knowledge of Medicare will be a huge bonus in this role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, building appropriate process and tools, delivering results, and familiarity with standard project management concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously and with little oversight in a self-paced approach to ensure workload is completed efficiently within departmental standards.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt your strategy/approach quickly to client personalities, changing requirements, and new information.
- Ability to present him/herself with professionalism and courtesy (even in stressful situations) through face-to-face interactions and through oral and written communications, including client meetings, conference calls, telephone, and email.
- Demonstrated ability to see the “big picture” of a solution, asking the right questions, and being flexible and accommodating as possible while at the same time respecting and adhering to established processes.
- Experience presenting to and interacting with C-level executives of large organizations is preferred.
- Ability to lead others, make decisions and coordinate the work of others.
- Demonstrated ability to minimize exposure and risks within a implementations or project environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to others and understand their concerns.
- Extremely detail oriented, well organized and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data and being able to identify trends and inconsistencies.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000-85,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
