The Role
- Assist in various aspects of monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues and analysts to determine and execute suitable reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytical solutions in a timely manner
- Demonstrate an understanding of a Profit & Loss Statement
- Perform control and reconciliation between management finance systems and financial reports.
- Understand the Planning process and assist with establishing yearly Plans.
- Maintain a prominent level of quality control on reporting and analytical deliverables
- Collaborate on ways to improve process/efficiency of assigned Finance deliverables
- Participate in other ad hoc projects as they arise
- Support the team tools/databases/workflows as well as reporting templates/models
The Requirements
- 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
- Record of working on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the project demands while meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to diagnose and problem solve and present solutions
- Detail oriented with excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- The ability to see the “big picture,” and ”think outside the box” leveraging the appropriate resources to address challenges
- Academic understanding of finance and accounting
- Working knowledge of Alteryx/Microsoft/Oracle products with emphasis on Excel/PowerPoint/Smart view/Hyperion/Alteryx Designer & Server
- Oral and written fluency of the English language is a must
