- Assist Analysts on HRIS submission conversion and job matching
- Assist with producing MGMC compensation reports
- Create graphs and data analytics to support MGMC compensation reports
- Review compensation reports for quality assurance and accuracy
About you.
- Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and minimum GPA of 3.3
- Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills
- Strong analytical and integrative skills including ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logistical, systematic way
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel
- Meeting our clients’ year end schedule which often involves significant time contributions during the summer to provide both study results and consulting support
- Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management, actuarial science or any other major with significant quantitative course work with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Analytically driven
- Proficient in time management
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
