Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal research, case investigations, and fact-finding.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
- Manage and organize case files, documents, and evidence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial binders.
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses and summarize their statements.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of legal forms and filings, including court documents.
- Stay current on Nevada and federal laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team, including managing
- calendars and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Legal Studies or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Paralegal (CP) or Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation is desired, but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the legal field.
- Strong knowledge of Nevada state laws.
- Civil litigation experience would be a big plus.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

We've had LV net for about 5 years. Have had zero issues in that five years. Today I noticed our wifi wasn't working. I called and spoke with a representative. They then transferred my problem to the networking department and a tech named Kevin was here in like an hour. Super fast service. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys!
