The Sales Representative will play a key role in increasing revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities: • Sales Development
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information about products/services and addressing customer needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive outreach. • Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. • Quoting and Proposal Generation
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals to potential customers.
- Customize proposals based on customer requirements and budget considerations.
- Follow up on quotes to secure sales and address any questions or concerns. • Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with other departments, including marketing and logistics, to facilitate smooth sales processes.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to meet customer demands.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing. • Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits. • Sales Targets
- Participate in sales meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and achievements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall team success.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus. • Proven experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
