What You Will Achieve
You’ll work with Pfizer’s dynamic compliance team that knows how to meet its objectives while also meeting all the standards and regulations set within Pfizer and outside. You will be responsible for activities involved in developing and certifying compliance policies, procedures, and practices. Your legal expertise will be used to provide compliance advice and investigating complaints. You will keep abreast will any change in laws that impact the company's compliance program. You will develop employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of a companywide compliance program.
Your advanced knowledge of compliance and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

How You Will Achieve It
- Develop ideas, lead or co-lead projects across the division, develop and manage plans to achieve objectives.
- Work closely with leadership team of relevant business teams to enhance compliance management mechanism and provide compliance support in terms of key decision making, lead policy making initiatives as well as risk assessment.
- Work with compliance lead to develop and/ or manage compliance programs, policies and local procedures.
- Support design and implementation of privacy program governance efforts.
- Conduct primary (and in some cases, final) review and analysis of unstructured data to identify potential compliance issues and other relevant trends across a range of business activities.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in business operations, program management, compliance and control related functions
- Experience in compliance program management and risk management practices while demonstrating knowledge of compliance processes, legal requirements, and business operations
- Ability to manage work in a matrix organization structure
- Innovative thinker with strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
