Work You’ll Do
Oversee information technology projects including Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Lead the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage service excellence for information technology projects by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Manage and lead information technology projects proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote Oracle knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients;
• Overseeing the delivery of engagements, including enabling innovation and scalability, removing performance barriers, modernizing core systems, and reimagining clients’ business utilizing Microsoft (MS) Power BI, Visio, Excel, Visual Basic, and PowerPoint, Notepad++, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI);
• Leading business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for large Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Payroll, Payroll Interface, Subledger, and General Ledger (GL) in Retail, and Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industries;
• Working closely with senior executives of client organizations in adopting industry-leading practices for Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and GL operations in Retail, and Banking,
Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industries;
• Running project management offices (PMOs), establishing project governance structures, performing project planning and status reporting, and leading various project meetings;
• Leading the planning of engagement scopes, project budgets, staffing, and managing project economics to ensure maximum project profitability;
• Developing and delivering client pitches and proposals, including pricing and Statement of Work (SoW) creation; and
• Managing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance and performing yearend reviews.
