Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Tampa, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
•50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies to guide information technology projects;
•Guiding teams that participate in functional and technical designs, development, and System Integration Testing (SIT), the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing Business Rules Management System (BRMS), IBM WebSphere Operational Decision Management (WODM), Jira, and Jama;
•Developing and maintaining project schedule and deliverables for clients using Jira, Jama, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and PowerPoint;
•Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis using Jira, Jama, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint;
•Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using BRMS and using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies;
•Collaborating with business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing IBM WODM and IBM ILOG using J2EE, developing business logic using Java Server Pages (JSP), Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), and Data Access Object (DAO);
•Driving development, testing and deployment, utilizing Jira, Jama, IBM ILOG using J2EE technologies, and Manual and Selenium Automation testing; and
•Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and guiding the scope using change management processes, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
