Your technical skills will help us develop and support robust software for our business. You will lead a range of activities, such as coding, testing, debugging, documentation, implementation and maintenance of software applications for Pfizer. You will guide and develop program logic for new applications and modify existing ones.
Your leadership skills and innovative ideas with drive the growth of the Pfizer Digital team. As an advisor and an expert, you will be able to build and leverage constructive relationships across the organization to achieve your division’s goals and objectives. You will be entrusted with developing Pfizer’s strategies for a portfolio of products and projects.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop innovative or original ideas and lead/co-lead divisional projects.
Establish strategic vision and guiding principles for advanced analytics related to Pfizer Digital.
Provide consultation on guidelines and standards on digital solution formulations.
Provide Enterprise and Business Architecture services to all aspects of Pfizer business requiring a broad understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, digital business technology capabilities and architecture concepts.
Define a catalog of consultative services offered by the Architecture team and develop templates, practices and procedures for the delivery of the services.
Lead and provide oversight on application and technology lifecycle, from emerging technology assessments through to renewal or retirement.
Establish approach for embedding analytics into in-house developed solutions.
Develop methods to understand current and future business requirements and works with application owners, data domain owners and business leaders to ensure strategic business goals are met.
Act a subject matter expert of the principles, concepts and theories with advanced knowledge of the domain.
Build, maintain and govern execution of enterprise blueprint, principles, standards, strategic partners and lifecycle.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of enabling teamwork in a matrix environment.
Proven ability to build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions.
Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience with managing geographically diverse onshore and offshore consultants.
Past experience with R&D solution delivery or enterprise architecture roles in Pharma or CRO
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Possess an “agile mindset” focused on getting things done quickly and efficiently.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and planning capabilities.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Some travel due to project meetings will be needed on this role.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
