Work you’ll do:
Work closely with Cloud leadership and clients to ensure seamless communication and provide regular updates to technical, business, and executive teams during the triage and resolution of production outages. In addition to c
oordinate, allocate, and prioritize incoming work requests among team members, ensuring alignment with their skills, competencies, and current workload.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee resource availability and manage the scheduling of support during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Facilitate daily transitions of work products and manage requests for environment promotions between onshore and offshore teams across multiple technical settings.
- Develop, organize, revise, and submit change requests for the State of Louisiana Production environment.
- Strategically communicate project timelines and milestones to all stakeholders efficiently to ensure clarity in short-term and long-term planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of Enterprise Service Bus and Application Programming Interface Gateway components to State Agencies and external vendors.
- Address and resolve issues related to connectivity, access limitations, and other barriers impacting work processes for agencies, vendors, and technical staff.
- Serve as technical contact among various teams, both internal and external, to support the seamless execution of related tasks.
- Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts through both oral and written means.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing as required for projects of varying scope.
- Employ software management tools to create and refine preliminary system screen mockups for client review and approval.
- Generate, assess, edit, and maintain technical documentation and other written communications.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for escalations and notifications of issues.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Travel up to 20% on average, based on work you do and the clients and the industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need
for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with supporting State clients
Experience with CA Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateway Policy Manager.
- Experience with SAG APIGW Manager.
