Duties

  • Adjudicate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints by drafting Final Agency Merit Decisions and Final Orders for review and signature by the Associate Administrator.
  • Identify and analyze claims in formal complaints of discrimination and prepare written notices of acceptance or dismissal.
  • Research case law, statutes, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance to make final determinations and/or conclusions on EEO complaints.
  • Develop learning materials on EEO Programs and deliver technical trainings in-person and/or virtually.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the federal EEO complaint process and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to enterprise EEO staff.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence and innovation. Champion NASA's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility to create an environment that promotes a commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork.
