About the Role
In this role, you will…
- Utilize Caribou’s dialer telephony system to apply the Sales Framework to ask discovery questions, understand needs, and identify opportunities for additional products.
- Engage with customers in various stages of the sales cycle to collect critical vehicle and loan information.
- Enable different parts of the sales cycle and sales processes.
- Explain the next steps to the client and set expectations by gathering necessary documents for loan approval.
- Handle mainline inbound calls; during these client interactions agents will determine the reason for the call; uncover the file status, and determine next steps needed to resolve client needs.
This role can be based out of the greater Phoenix, AZ area. This role may require attendance at occasional in-person team meetings at one of our offices.
About You
You have…
- Computer literacy and ability to efficiently learn new software programs
- 1+ year of sales experience in a customer facing environment
- A high School diploma/GED or higher
