In this role, you will:
- Strategically partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to proactively prioritize and coordinate their time and ultimately, to help drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Leaders’ time should be prioritized in an intentional and deliberate way. Responsibilities include calendar management, including all internal and external meetings.
- Partner with Sr. Leaders to keep projects on track in parallel. You will be a key enabler of things moving smoothly, or recognizing when they’re not, communicating that effectively and making changes to make it smoother.
- Manage the Senior Leadership Team’s expense reporting (credit card reconciliation and reimbursements).
- Support team offsite planning, including booking flights, meetings, meals and other ad hoc activities
- Support the Denver location as the Office Manager by welcoming visitors, issuing badges, ordering office supplies, and acting as liaison with building, security and custodial service providers.
The essential functions of this role will be performed onsite in our downtown Denver, CO office. Expectations for in-office presence are 4 days per week.

- You have 4+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive
- Exhibit professional verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Are able to prioritize daily tasks autonomously
- Demonstrate critical and creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Goal oriented
- You are comfortable managing an office; including, but not limited to:
- Handling an inventory of office supplies and pantry items
- Managing incoming mail
- Assisting with maintenance requests
