Job Description:
Position : Graduate Technical Author
Location : Dungannon
Reporting to : MP Technical Publications Team Leader
The successful applicant will be working within the Technical Publications team and will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of operations and spare parts manuals for Terex MP Brands including our range of Crushers, Screeners, Washing Systems, Recycling Systems and Environmental Equipment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Improve customer service by providing accurate, user-friendly spare parts information, thereby reducing customer downtime and ordering errors.
- Improve the customer experience by providing user friendly and safety conscious Operation instructions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to write high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- 3rd level qualification required, experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge or experience of 3D modelling software preferable but not essential, on the job training will be provided.
