The Renewal Coordinator position is responsible for executing resident lease renewals and promoting customer retention within community.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage Lease Renewals pipeline in the community for on-time renewals and customer retention
- Work collaboratively with General Manager and ownership group to effectively plan and execute renewal strategy to achieve maximum rent growth and maximum resident retention
- Maintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community
- Address resident concerns and coordinate resolution with General Manager or other members of the leadership team
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Additional duties as assigned. This position is continually evolving based on needs of the community and additional duties will be required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
- Yardi experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Works successfully on a team
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible
- Must present a professional image and adhere to Bell Partner’s Inc professional attire policy
- Demonstrates support of Bell Core Values
- Demonstrates support of BAL strategic drivers
- Resourceful and well organized
Education and Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience required
- 1+ years property management, leasing, or sales experience preferred
