Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple M&A integration projects within our organization. This role involves managing 5-6 projects concurrently, with an average duration of 60-90 days each. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in infrastructure M&A project management, with a strong emphasis on integration support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple M&A integration projects, focusing on infrastructure and application rollouts at newly acquired surgery centers.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, directors, and on-site teams.
- Facilitate seamless integration processes, including systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, progress, and any potential challenges.
- Travel to various surgery center locations as needed to oversee integration activities and ensure smooth implementations.
- Proven experience in infrastructure M&A project management, with a focus on integration support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for project needs.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within surgery centers or similar environments.
