Job Description
The TransFund Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for creating, developing and implementing promotional strategies and programs to increase transaction volumes through improved card penetration, activation and utilization. Direct visibility to key constituents in multiple states providing creative, production and budgetary guidance. Provides sales support in the effort to generate new relationships or expand existing relationships; collaborates in the design and implementation of new products and system enhancements.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will provide marketing support and development of marketing plans, budget and managing projects to successful conclusion. You will also coordinate the design and printing of promotional material to support marketing efforts of financial institution customers and ensures proper billing for services rendered.
- You will assess needs, develop, implement, and manage promotional activities to support marketing efforts including coordination of participation in trade show events, direct mail marketing, and other sales activities. You will also collaborate in proposal generation and presentations.
- You will manage the traffic process for all advertising creative while managing one or more employees or freelance designers and advertising agencies in the ongoing card inventory management and creative process.
- You will recommend and negotiate agreements associated with promotional services, activities, and materials. You will manage relationships with vendors and service suppliers, including advertising agency, printers, artists, typesetters, Card plastics vendor, etc.
- You will manage the corporate identity program to assure proper use of mark by reviewing and approving customer designed and initiated materials such as statement stuffers, letters, card mailers, ATM plastics, signage, etc.
- You will assist in the design, development, testing, implementation and marketing of new products, and system enhancements.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in financial institution/advertising agency marketing or equivalent work experience of 12+ years. Financial institution marketing experience with a focus on Marketing Debit Card Programs is strongly preferred.
