Job Description
The Document Quality Control Specialist is primarily responsible for the quality review and regulatory styling maintenance of DD and CD Signature Cards including, account coding for IOLTA, Overdraft Privilege, Service Fee Waivers, Account Closings and Special Product requests; ensures information and documentation is accurate and consistent with BOKF’s requirements for Legal Account Styling; ensures customer signatures have been obtained, appropriate legal documents has been received to support the account styling, and the proper tax indicator coding has been placed on accounts in accordance with IRS requirements for 1099 Tax Reporting at year end; identifies the existence of multiple customer records and address keys; reviews Exception Reports ensuring that appropriate changes are made as needed; participates on project teams and conversion teams; and coordinates record retention processing.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will perform research and maintenance in the BOKF Core system using various fields to ensure the accuracy of customer information.
- You will ensure that lines of business service level agreements are met, and online/bill pay access requirements are in place.
- You will provide support to the department in the performance of various tasks, including review of daily reports, tax indicators, and trailers added to accounts.
- You may assist with Time Deposit Compliance Specialists in resolving tax issues and make corrections/adjustments to the system.
- You will utilize various systems to review DD Invalid Account Transfer for duplicated customer records and Imaged Current Signature Cards to rebuild a customer history and make corrections and recommendations for system enhancements.
- You will interpret legal documents from lines of business related to Trusts, Estates, Power of Attorneys, Court Order Accounts, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. You will determine account setup and communicate with the business line to instruct on the best course of action.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through 2-3 years of directly related experience in bank operations and/or 5+ years of experience in banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Legal Account Styling Requirements, Internal Audit Guidelines for input to the RM, Impacs, Savings Time and IRS Tax Reporting Compliance criteria, as well as Federal Postal regulations
- Advanced knowledge of PC and various Fidelity systems to include Relationship Management, ST Time Deposits, IM Demand Deposits and ALS Loans.
- Advanced knowledge of Synergy.
- Advanced knowledge of the Incident Reporting System.
- Working knowledge of bank operations area and the services offered.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent typing and PC skills for heavy data entry production.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
