Key Responsibilities:
-
Assign all patients on the Hospitalist service to a provider prior to their scheduled shift via the EMR based on the established algorithm. Utilize the verification process to confirm that all patients are accounted for. Review the records for all non-cohorted patients to ensure that details related to discharge readiness were added and reach out to assigned providers to complete if missing.

Maintain calendar/schedule for the CCHP clinical leaders at all campuses and provide additional administrative support as needed.

Track and submit invoices through Workday for your assigned provider.

Follow up on all patient related inquiries from other practices, departments, or vendors (by mail, fax, email).

Assists with entering the provider payroll in Kronos.

Assist with scheduling and creating interview itineraries for all incoming new hires.

Maintain CCHP Teams site and update documents as needed.

Research, respond, and resolve health service vendor inquiries.
-
Maintain pager system: enter all pager coverings accurately and in a timely manner; collaborate with operator services/Vocera team when issues arise.

Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent required
-
Minimum of two years’ work experience in healthcare required, preferably in an acute care setting.
