What you will accomplish:

Manage purchase orders and negotiate vendor contracts for global packaging inventory, working closely with the legal department to ensure contracts and terms are favorable.

Build and maintain vendor relationships, while continually evaluating them for delivery performance, quality and cost.

Analyze and maintain appropriate levels of onsite and reserve packaging inventories through inventory management platform.
-
Partner with internal business units to provide recommendations and expertise on packaging enhancements and improvements.

Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for improvement.

Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
What you will bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Operations Management, or comparable field.
-
3-5 years of experience in inventory management, forecasting techniques, and capacity planning for multi-site operations. Global experience preferred.

Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work independently and influence others.
-
Creative problem solving and solutions development.
-
Ability and willingness to travel 15-20% of the time, including internationally.
