What you will accomplish:

Build strong and influential working relationships with important team members including Operations Managers, PBP’s, Legal and external vendors ensuring the delivery of effective, efficient, and professional end to end HR service

Drive the review and implementation of HR programs and guidelines in partnership with the broader People team
-
Respond and resolve HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, Centers of Expertise and vendors via email, slack, and in person against agreed Service Level Agreements

Support leadership and people managers with all people related matters, including addressing employee Relations issues quickly, effectively and in line with local employment laws and regulations
-
Provide recruitment & onboarding support including CV screening, and interviewing
-
Liaison with eBay payroll and People Tech Systems team on employee issues as needed
-
Mentor and coach People Managers providing expertise regarding employment legislation, compliance, and operational effectiveness and improvements

Facilitate ongoing proactive and reactive listening through interviews, focus groups, 1:1s. Synthesize insights and provide to applicable partners

Identify and assess training needs and support with the development and roll out of training programs

Support the People Business Partner with HR program delivery, including the performance review cycle process and goal setting

Collaborate with management to address employee feedback and concerns, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement
What you will bring:
-
8+ years’ experience working previously as a HR Generalist
-
An excellent practical knowledge of HR standard methodology policies and procedures and employment legislation in the US
-
Willing to travel to other eBay sites in the US when required
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
