Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
· Schedule appointments, update calendars, and make travel arrangements for senior managers.
· Manage phone calls, provide information, and connect callers to appropriate people.
· Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material.
· Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures.
· Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks.
Requirements:
· Experience in – 5+ Year of Executive Administrative Support
· Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, Teams,
o Experience with Concur and Expense Reports is nice to have but not required.
· Soft Skills – Punctual, Flexible, Organized, Attention to Detail, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
· Education – Bachelors degree highly preferred, More experience can compensate for lack of degree
