RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely supporting the Manger + Director and participate in the development of and management of audience planning strategies across the portfolio.
- Liaise between Audience Planning, the external agency/data science team, and the Inspire Consumer Insights team to ensure audiences are on schedule and elements are completed.
- Participate in the marketing briefing process to ensure proper consumer definitions are included for audience build-outs.
- Partner with the media analytics team to measure the impact of ongoing audiences and overall strategies.
- Translate guest priorities into audience segmentation & activation strategies that drive measurable media-attributed customer outcomes.
- Work with brand and media teams to implement a learning agenda and testing roadmap based on the objectives, insights, and key challenges.
- Ensure definitions of addressable audiences and campaign-specific targets hold true across all platforms.
- Ensure clear differentiation of audiences across brands to ensure a lack of cannibalization.
- Project manages and tracks requests for audience builds to internal and external teams, being acutely aware of resources.
- Assist teams in the creation of presentations for Brand Teams, and Media teams to tell the story of audience plans and rationale.
- Help create standard templates to be used for all brief-back presentations across the brands.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-Year Degree required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or media with a key emphasis on Audience Planning and Building.
- Ideally having worked as a Comms Planner, Audience Planner, or Brand Planner.
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and managing multiple stakeholders required.

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for frequent contact with the internal and external teams.
- Team player skilled at operating in a matrixed organization.
- Proactive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of paid/owned media, media planning, and media math.
- Ability to understand consumers as individuals rather than as demos.
- Analytical and strategic, with the ability to synthesize and organize complex ideas into simple, understandable thoughts.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to turn data and insights into digestible visuals.
- Strong sense of curiosity and desire to understand why things work the way they do.
