How you will do it...
-
Execute a variety of administrative and daily office operations tasks, including, but not limited to, managing correspondence, filing, scanning, shipping, data entry, contact management, ordering supplies and tracking inventory, meeting agendas and notes.

Support internal departmental communication for weekly staff meetings, special event/project meetings.
-
Follow up with correspondence or call meetings as required.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks, goals, directives, and providing input, feedback, creative ideas, and being solution oriented.

Liaison for outside vendors as required: adherence to agreements, oversight of deliverables, contract enforcement on all sectors.

Work with the team to help find creative solutions to problems as they arise.

Manage and report all expenses: receipt tracking, submission and data entry into project budgets.

Reconcile project credit cards.
-
Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers, employees and recruits.

In coordination with HR and other operations staff, supports employee engagement events by identifying engagement opportunities, contributing to monthly programming calendar and coordinating event activities as needed

Supports after-hours internal event coordination
-
Other duties as assigned, including cross-training into other departments.

To be successful in this role...

High school diploma/GED required.

3 years of administration/production experience and/or holding a support role for individuals, teams, or organizations.
