The meaningful work you will tackle:

    • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    • Design, optimize, and implement operations processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the technology team to understand technology improvements and help shape complementary processes to enhance our Financial Assistants day to day operations. 
    • Help build communications & change management strategies for the Operations team to ingest information and understand how to implement the change quickly.
    • Help build & train team members on new processes and procedures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
