What you’ll do
- Proactively identify opportunities and build a high-value book of business of ~150 Evolve owners
- Grow strong and strategic relationships with existing Evolve owners
- Position yourself as an expert and a go-to resource for Evolve owners to have a one-stop shop for support, success, and growth
- Utilize a sales-like funnel to guide day-to-day strategy, including setting expectations for new owners, addressing mid-funnel support requests, and expanding portfolios late in the funnel
- Contribute to the development and implementation of successful owner growth strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations
- Be proactive in addressing owner needs and requests, aiming for touchpoints with your book of business every 40-45 business days
- Retain current owners to help reduce churn
- Cross-sell additional Evolve service offerings to maximize the value of your book of business
- Increase NPS and LTV of book of business through upselling of management tiers, expanded calendar availability, upgraded amenities, and other value-add services
- Provide market and property analysis to owners to help them identify opportunities to grow their portfolios with Evolve
- Conduct in-depth quarterly performance reviews with owners
- Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization to resolve homeowner requests and share constructive feedback
- Staying up to date on industry news and trends to provide recommendations to owners on potential impacts on their business
- Capture owner feedback and preferences to inform future product and service roadmaps

- 3+ years of account management or sales experience
- Proven phone-based selling success and world class relationship building skills
- An investment mindset with knowledge of the real estate industry
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to simplify otherwise complex problems

- We support all of our stakeholders 365 days a year, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Therefore, your schedule for this role can include coverage during these key business hours.
Location
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S. except in the following states: District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Pennsylvania. There are also certain positions that may have hiring impacts in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
For this role compensation is based on a base plus commission. Our base salary is $76,500. This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission (with on-target earnings of $22,500 annually) based on team/ individual performance.
