- Recent experience growing a brand and pioneering retail sales.
- Ability to balance many priorities to drive the business forward, with persistence and a sense of urgency.
- Strong problem solver with extensive use of the scientific method as well as creative problem solving and experimental design.
- Shown success working independently and navigating in a constantly evolving and often chaotic (and exciting!) high growth environment.
- Lead and direct a 3rd party or multiple 3rd party syndicated or dedicated teams for excellence of in-store execution.
- Cross Functional support to assigned regional accounts and account managers.
- Provide analytical support back to the account manager and to 3rd party to improve on-shelf availability.
- Lead and engage Regional support teams to ensure training and marketing objectives are being implemented at the regional level.
- Provide expertise and vision to achieve excellence in retail execution and instill within the program to achieve strong results at the point of sale.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel along with company leaders to drive growth through store programs.
- Review and evaluate empirical data collected from store visits with partners for quality assurance, evaluations, demo events, demo training meetings, etc and make recommendations to sales managers for program direction and improvement.
- Overall, drive sales and share growth in our top accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
-
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as an account manager with experience in retail in-store work.
- Experience leading a 3rd party broker.
- Demonstrated success in budget management.
- A strategic approach to retail sales, including consultative selling skills and creative problem solving.
- Ability to handle account complexities and effectively work within a variety of customer operational philosophies.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with occasional nights/weekends required for shows and conventions.
- Highly collaborative approach with ability to collaborate with all types of functions (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations, etc).

$62,500 - $91,300 a year
This U.S. based, full-time position offers the above base salary range + equity + benefits + bonus for sales incentive plan roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
