Here's what you'll do as part of the team:
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling all levels of interviews, both virtual and on-site
- Provide personal, tailored outbound communication to prospects and candidates
- Collaborate with the Talent team and Hiring Managers to understand the interview process for each role
- Design and own recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes; an exceptional candidate experience is top priority
- Communicate with candidates regularly to ensure they have accurate interview information and preparation for their interviews
- Maintain our applicant tracking system, job postings, interview guides, and offer presentations to ensure complete accuracy
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Here are the skills you'll need to be successful:
- 2 - 3 years of recruiting coordination experience, ideally for a high-growth, consumer-facing tech company
- Proven track record of successfully supporting the recruiting team and hiring teams, while prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience
- Experience coordinating for a variety of roles (i.e. sales, marketing, engineering, product, finance, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse
- BA/BS degree preferred
