Responsibilities
- Work with large data sets pulled from various systems and databases. Independently ascertain how to query data and run ad hoc analysis to drive insights
- Execute deep-dive analyses to investigate program trends to improve total addressable market, utilization, and overall care experience
- Draw actionable insights and create clear presentations to convey information to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct business metric analysis - including defining KPIs, monitoring and evaluating performance against targets
- Build operational dashboards & data visualizations to improve programmatic metric tracking, monitor product line performance, automate operations initiatives and processes, and better inform data-driven decision making
- Collaborate effectively on cross-functional efforts to synthesize business needs, collaborate on deliverables, and drive resolutions to operational and data challenges
- Specialize in Lyra’s Provider Network, becoming the subject matter expert to address internal and external inquiries, as well as be an active stakeholder in exploratory projects, growth/scaling, process improvements etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business/Finance, Econ, Engineering, Science or other related field
- 4+ years experience with management consulting, business operations, analytics, corporate strategy, or related experiences; healthcare experience is a plus
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Highly self-motivated and willing to work cross functionally in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
- Comfortable working with large data sets, statistics and drawing meaningful insights
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present actionable insights
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and drilling down analyses for open ended questions
- Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
