We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to provide full-time support (contractor role through agency, approximately 40 hours per week) for a leading global healthcare company. The Internal Communications Manager role is based in Central New Jersey and will provide company-wide internal and change management communications support. This is a hybrid role with the preference of being on-site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

    • Supporting corporate brand and media relations initiatives
    • Providing town hall and event support
    • Educating employees on current and new therapeutic areas
    • Preparing monthly employee newsletters
    • Developing content for SharePoint updates and announcements
    • Supporting data/regulatory milestone communications

Skills and Experiences

    • 5-8 years pharmaceutical internal communications experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines with flexibility
    • Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders at all levels
