We’re growing and looking for a Visual Communication Designer to partner with the Green Room Account team and work directly with the Green Room Creative team to concept and create beautiful, on-brand and relevant graphics and presentations for multiple client initiatives. Including but not limited to print, web, mobile, video, social, retail, and events. This temporary position will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time benefited position for the right candidate.

Overview of Roles and Responsibilities

    • Work with team to conceptualize and craft persuasive PPT Presentations using visual elements to convey complex information
    • Create visual hierarchies, use effective typography and employ design techniques to display information in a digestible visual format
    • Translate concepts and ideas into viable graphics and communications materials
    • Assist in design development of any of the following: social media graphics, PowerPoint presentations, website/intranet design, video, animation, brand development, logos, infographics, ads, posters, banners, brochures, packaging, Word templates, email, newsletters, live/virtual event production and promotional materials
    • Ensure adherence to version control, file naming and file maintenance procedures
    • Maintain and grow library of PPT templates, graphics and other produced materials for reference or reuse across proposals
    • Ensure the designs and copy meet required specifications for quality and brand guidelines per client
    • Support team on the use of templates, Sharepoint and adjusting/formatting existing files

Desired Credentials and Experience

    • 3+ years of experience
    • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related field
    • Strong understanding of MS PowerPoint and Adobe suite for graphic design (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
    • General understanding of Adobe suite for animation & video (or comparable software)
    • Self-motivated, well organized, and up to the challenges of ever-changing timelines, requests and deliverables.
    • Interest and/or experience in healthcare with the ability to demonstrate a fresh and culturally relevant perspective on design and innovation and ability to understand and translate the latest design trends within the healthcare/pharma industry
    • Portfolio showcasing previous design work required
    • Understands the RFP/RFI process for design
