Job Summary/Basic Function: |
Will partner with staff from various academic program(s) and partner high schools to create a cohesive, transparent experience for high school students participating in the Sophomore Start and Associate Degree options. Will assist in developing and overseeing a comprehensive strategy to support the recruitment, academic advising, and success of high school students participating in the concurrent enrollment program. It will provide comprehensive recruitment to Boise State University, academic advising on course selection and University policies, and assist with tracking of student participants. |

Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees. |
Essential Functions: |
● Provide academic advising on Concurrent Enrollment Options, primarily focusing on the Sophomore Start and the Associate's Degree via individual or group sessions, both in-person or via phone or Zoom. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: |
● Provide excellent customer service in small and large group settings. |
Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
● Master's degree. |
Salary and Benefits: |
