Seer is a remote first agency and with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role: You are driven by team success and understand the value of developing, growing, and retaining talent. Behind the scenes, you ensure operations run smoothly, adapting quickly to changing priorities. Your attention to detail is sharp, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where multiple projects and initiatives are managed simultaneously. No task slips through the cracks, as you maintain structured processes and focus on delivering results on both small and large-scale initiatives alike.
This role is required to be commutable to the Philadelphia office for in person events.
Role Highlights
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and scheduling for training and People Ops programs, ensuring seamless transitions, efficiency, and identifying opportunities for automation and time-saving
- Serve as the main HR resource for benefits, perks, and team support, working with external partners as needed
- Lead employee engagement, including quarterly in-office events, promoting team recognition and community
- Maintain and update People Data in HR systems, sharing insights with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with EEOC, unemployment, and legal requests, escalating as needed
- Manage the leave process, ensuring compliance with FMLA and related policies
- Support HR communications for employees and managers
- Manage Seer’s Internship Program, partnering with recruiting to hire and onboard talent, and leading career fairs and intern events
Essential Skills
- Proficient in benefits administration, resolving employee issues, and coordinating with brokers and providers
- Experience with managing HR programs like onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement, while serving as the primary contact for these processes and benefits, providing impactful support for people initiatives
- Adept at handling HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HRIS, files, and organizational charts
- Skilled in analyzing HR data to enhance processes and implement effective solutions
- Manages technology that supports people initiatives ensuring compliance, data integrity, and the highest level of employee experience
- Experienced in leave administration, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with division stakeholders and team members, offering clear and effective HR guidance
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, seamlessly shifting priorities and building programs and processes from scratch
90 Day Goals
- You’ve built strong relationships with key stakeholders across divisions and the broader team
- You are proficiently and actively working in the company’s HR systems, processes, and tools, including BambooHR, Small Improvements, Ethena, and Guru
- You’ve taken full ownership of the benefits program, onboarding and offboarding processes, and have identified pain points and areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and experience

Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000-$80,000/annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
- Evaluation of comp at least once a year
