Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design, deployment, and maintenance of Infoblox DDI services across AWS and VMware platforms.
- Translate high-level designs (HLD) into low-level designs (LLD) for new DDI services.
- Update HLD/LLD documentation throughout the service lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members on Infoblox systems.
- Build strong relationships within WNE and Boost Mobile to support Infoblox projects and operations.
- Provide tier 3 on-call operations support and contribute to automation for Infoblox deployments and management.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Practical experience with Infoblox NIOS DDI products, including DHCP, DNS, IPAM, and Grid management.
- Manage NIOS hotfixes, upgrades, monitoring (SNMPv3, syslog), and backups/snapshots.
- Define RBAC policies for administrators and integrate with TACACS.
- Strong understanding of DHCP (DORA process, failover, option filters) and DNS (traffic control, views, RPs, AWS Route53 integration).
- Manage IPAM data using Network Views, Extensible Attributes, CSV imports, and WAPI.
- Experience with automation (Python/Ansible), fault-tolerant DDI services, and handling competing project priorities.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year
