- Provides supervision for the service department.
- Interacts with Parts Supervisor, Warranty, and Sales Managers.
- Organizes and provides daily supervision of department personnel.
- Determines and provides adequate staffing and arranges for or provides required personnel training.
- Monitors repair practices in all shops to ensure productivity and efficiency and optimizes labor sales.
- Monitors and directs maintenance of service tools, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with company standards of cleanliness and safekeeping.
- Review all customer service concerns and administer any warranty and policy adjustments in the best interest of the customer and the location.
- Maintains technician’s productivity and efficiency records for analysis.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational or technical school is preferred.
- Must have seven to ten years of experience with technical, mechanical, and supervisory roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
