JOB SUMMARY:
The position will focus on the development of the Westerville Rental Store. The qualified candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, including rental and sales, product support, expense control, budgeting, business planning, and forecasting. The position is also responsible for developing operating and safety standards for the branch, monitoring accounts receivable and equipment utilization, as well as supervising all Westerville rental staff.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- A good understanding of financial principles and P&L accounting is needed for the position.
- The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and can provide excellent customer service.
- Has a high energy level with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Has strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
- Three years of Rental Branch Management or business management experience is required.
- In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, as well as the rental industry is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
