JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of the Regional Parts Sales Manager is to increase overall part sales by providing leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision and values. This individual will lead the development of clearly defined business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for assigned Outside Parts Salespersons, target accounts, and preferred vendors. It is the responsibility of the Regional Parts Sales Manager to develop a team of Outside Parts Sales Representatives, oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies, and drive profitable customer and dealer parts pricing strategies.
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong PC skills proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and demonstrated ability to influence outcomes to achieve results.
- Proven results in exceeding sales targets and related goals.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Must have eight or more years of sales and/or management experience preferably within the heavy-duty truck industry and a thorough knowledge of heavy-duty product, parts marketing, and operations gained through three or more years of industry-related experience preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
