- Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
- Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and
- Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
- Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
- People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
The Team
Our Finance & Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement, and deliver solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years’ EPM experience implementing one or more of the following technologies: OneStream, Oracle EPM, and/or Anaplan
- 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 4+ years’ experience overseeing multiple project teams, experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
- Record of consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
- Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycle implementations
- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Willingness to mentor junior staff
- Advanced degree preferred
This compensation range allows for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $167,325 to $278,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
