Work you’ll do
As a Training and Development Specialist for our federal sector client, you will:
- Provide systems administration for Learning Management (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS) application
- Set up pilot/training regions for training including maintaining or reloading training data and provide training to new administrators
- Develop and maintain training curriculums, training materials, and training plans for various employee groups
- Develop task plans and understanding best practice frameworks, and key performance metrics
- Work with vendor or other experts to report issues that require vendor resolution
- Capture screens to develop and create user documentation
- Update and maintain community for administrators
- Document helpdesk inquiries, creating issue tracking reports and tracking trends
- Assist users of all levels with access issues and reset passwords as needed

Qualifications
Required:
- 6 years of experience in LMS/LCMS administration and helpdesk support
- Experience with providing training & development services to a federal sector client
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
This position is for our Washington, D.C. office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, and Deloitte professionals are expected to collocate in the office or client sites up to 50% of the time (2-3 days per week).
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,000 - $181,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
