Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel. Maintains control over various inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
- Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
- Performs analysis of inventory throughout the production life cycle. Ensures the accurate and secure documentation of materials and equipment.
- Analyzes, investigates, and corrects inventory discrepancies.
- May prepare reports of results and conclusions for management.
- Recording and maintaining records for compliance
Shift Details: Monday – Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience
Critical Skills:
- 3+ years of Distribution Operations or Inventory Control experience
- Knowledge of SAP and AS400
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Good interpersonal and communication with internal and external suppliers and vendors
- Flexibility with schedule to meet business needs
Preferred Skills:
- Power Industrial Equipment: Dock Stock, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker
Travel:
- Minimal Travel
Physical Requirements:
- General office/ Warehouse demands
