Current Need: We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our Controlled Substance team in Jacksonville. Our ideal candidate will be located within an hour of the Jacksonville office and have experience working as a Pharmacy Technician and/or Pharmacy Home Delivery Call Center.
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Representative - Controlled Substance Ordering is responsible for managing and logging internal and external customer calls received through the controlled substance phone queue. Your primary responsibility will be to review and process DEA 222 forms in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing service level reporting and effectively communicating any impacted orders to customers, account managers, and other relevant stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Pharma, and Regulatory departments to offer strategic partnership and innovative solutions.
On Site Training: New team members will spend the first 2 to 4 weeks in the office Monday through Friday for training. When training concludes, you'll move your workspace home.
Hybrid Position: Team members will spend 2 days a week in the office after initial training concludes
Work Schedule: Standard business hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all customer and account manager training, as the subject matter expert of the controlled substance ordering process.

Responsible for managing and logging customer/sales calls received through the controlled substance phone queue.

Manage and respond to cases received through Salesforce queue

Execute inventory support upon request including but not limited to returns, expedited deliveries, onetime special order requests, and substitute item suggestions.

Manage all purchasing tasks associated with controlled substance projects.

Manage service level performance through strategic reporting analysis to include assessment of Pharma order omits, Pharma order rejects, JDE 9.1 855 reporting, CSOS Open order reporting, and Ramey reporting.

Act as liaison and coordinator for high profile or expedited account setups.

Collaborate with key intersections in developing and implementing new processes as deemed necessary by management.

Build and maintain SOPs and team guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
-
2 years of relevant experience
Critical Skills:
-
1+ years' experience as a pharmacy technician, or working within a pharmacy home delivery call center strongly preferred
-
1+ years' experience managing customer inquiries pertaining to product information and order status
-
Experience supporting sales, and leading calls when necessary
-
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
-
Working knowledge of JDE, JDA, and Salesforce preferred
Additional Knowledge:
-
Pharma/Controlled Substance experience strongly preferred

Experience with forecasting and demand planning concepts

Project Management experience

Pharma experience
