Figma is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and drive the onboarding of new sales hires. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for setting new hires up for success by facilitating virtual and in-person onboarding focused on sales skills/methodologies as well as our products, while continuously evolving the onboarding program and supporting Managers in setting their new hires up for success. This role will report to the Manager, Sales Enablement (onboarding).
This is a full time role held from our San Francisco hub.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Manage onboarding globally, onboarding new hires within the sales org (please note there may be times you are required to facilitate outside traditional working hours)
- Facilitate sales org specific training mapped to our core selling motions
- Continuously measure and evolve our Onboarding program as our business and product evolves and based on feedback from previous cohorts
- Cultivate a strong relationship with sales managers, ensuring they’re equipped with everything they need to onboard, coach, and win business with their teams
- Partner with the wider enablement team to incorporate new content and collateral into the program as required
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and sales or a sales-related role
- Proven experience in facilitating onboarding specific training sessions, both day long in-person and virtually, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging yet simple manner.
- Experience managing onboarding for multiple pre and post sales roles within a global organizations across multiple regions/timezones
- Demonstrated understanding of a sales process and sales methodologies
- Comfortability using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant sales enablement tools.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to measure training effectiveness.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience in coaching or mentoring sales reps
- Experience with WorkRamp, Chorus, Salesforce and gamification tools
- Experience in MEDDICC and/or Command of the Message
- Program management and instructional design experience
- Experience working at a software-as-a-service company or product development industry

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
