Employer Branding Coordinator
As the Employer Branding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's employer brand presence. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and leading campaigns to attract potential candidates and targets. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to gather and share employee experiences that highlight our workplace environment.
This is a remote position, US or Canada.
What your impact will be:
Online Presence Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure consistency in the global brand.
Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and execute employer branding campaigns from start to finish.
- Utilize tools like Canva for designing visually appealing graphics and HubSpot for campaign tracking and analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee testimonials, stories, and other content that highlight our company culture.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Unit leaders, and marketing teams to align employer branding efforts with overall company goals.
- Lead a group of brand ambassadors to gather content and promote employer brand awareness.
- Organize and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, a related field, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, video editing tools, and marketing platforms like HubSpot.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for showcasing company culture and values.
- Nice to have: fluent in English as well as French, Spanish, or German
