About the role:
Scality’s workforce is mainly located in France, USA, Japan, United Kingdom, European countries such as Germany or Spain and Australia. Scality is a very global company which is currently growing in new regions such as India, South Korea or Middle Eastern Countries. In this context, Scality is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Human Resources Manager EMEA & APAC, with a strong experience of French HR laws and regulations.
Within the Finance and Administration department, reporting to the Finance Director EMEA &APAC, the Human Resources Manager handles Scality’s employee HR processes contributing to the employees adequate onboarding, ensuring accuracy of HR data and legal compliance. The Human Resources Manager will be the main point of contact of Scality employees in the EMEA and APAC regions for HR administration questions. The Human Resources Manager will also contribute to HR development projects and contributes to structuring the opening of new countries and regions. More specifically (the list below not being limitative), the Human Resources Manager:
· contributes to the organizationof recruitments and welcomes new hires;
· owns the administrative journey of Scality workforce under the supervision of the Finance Director EMEA & APAC: drafting, sending and answering questions on employment contracts, administration of employee’s files, organization of medical visits, declaration to social organizations, updating HRIS software and all relative tasks;
· ensures compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in terms of employment contracts, health, safety and working conditions;
· owns the payroll management including the associated duties (lunch vouchers, time off…) and is the main contact for external payroll providers;
· contributes to HR development projects, in collaboration with the HR Team, as required.
Skills:
· Conversant with the French legal and social environment, (syntec collective agreement will be a plus) and notions of the European environments.
· Fluent in English, which is the main working language.
· Conversant with Computer and IT tools.
· Great rigor, organizational skills, appetence for administrative work, excellent communication skills, availability and sense of service, proactiveness, pragmatism, and ability to manage priorities will be essential to succeed in this position.
· Master degree or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
