Responsibilities:
Work with clients to develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with Client goals to achieve specific operational and financial outcomes.
Conduct current state process assessments across all business units and apply best practices, industry research, and competitor research to drive optimized future state processes.
Develop process maps that can be leveraged by implementation teams to generate meaningful business requirements and traceability.
Assist clients in the identification, prioritization, and sequencing of strategic business and technology initiatives and synthesize them into a cohesive roadmap.
Customer-focused with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships and thrive in a client site environment.
Assess organization structures, service offerings, and inter-company processes to define target state organization and operating models.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. This requires strong project management skills, including the ability to set goals, develop timelines, and manage resources.
The ability to leverage design thinking involves understanding the user's needs, prototyping solutions, and testing them in real-world scenarios (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test)
Conduct current state application and architecture assessment across the enterprise, develop gap assessment, and recommend target state architectures with the help of subject matter experts.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to generate quantitative and qualitative business cases.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and come up with effective solutions through the use of various problem-solving frameworks and tools such as systems thinking, SWOT, Porters 5 Forces, Root Cause Analysis, Design Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma
Work with clients in workshop and interview settings to identify business processes that can be enhanced through process improvement and the use of technology-based solutions.
Facilitate product evaluation, selection, and negotiation processes on behalf of clients when appropriate.
Requirements:
5+ years’ work experience in Consulting, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Software Development.
BS degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Some technical background includes an understanding of architecture, cloud platforms, organization models, and governance.
Hands-on business analysis responsibilities including project vision, requirements documentation, process design, quality, and roll-out.
Experience designing and documenting business process domains and maps.
Understanding of enterprise software, particularly cloud-based technologies, integrations, and data strategy
Strong executive communication skills is critical to this role. The ability to clearly and concisely organize information into executive-level messages and stories that drive action is a required element of this position.
Industry experience and knowledge in one of Armanino’s strategic industries (cannabis, technology, not-for-profit, health care, real estate, manufacturing, and distribution).
Travel as needed for Armanino business and clients.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $115,000-$160,000 + generous bonus package. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
