Job Responsibilities
Analyze the current state and requirements of our clients and propose Microsoft 365 solutions that align with their business objectives and budget.
Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions, including identity and access management, security and compliance, productivity and collaboration, device and app management, and data and analytics.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 solutions, including resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and escalating problems as needed.
Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for our clients and internal staff on Microsoft 365 products and services.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices for Microsoft 365 and share insights and feedback with the team and the clients.
Assist clients in migrating from on-premises to cloud-based Microsoft 365 solutions, including planning, testing, and executing the migration process.
Provide support and troubleshooting for our M365 managed service clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and optimal performance of their cloud solutions.
Demonstrate strong organizational and documentation skills.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of clients from different industries and backgrounds, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing requirements and deadlines while delivering quality results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise clients.
Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Intune, and Autopilot.
Certification in Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation.
Experience with PowerShell scripting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new Microsoft products and technologies, as well as staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Ability to travel for Armanino business and clients as needed.
