Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000 - $115,000
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Responsible for planning and allocating manpower to support assigned Logistics part delivery requirements.
Continuously improve Team and Plant Safety per TOS strategy.
Lead continuous improvement of team member competencies and develop Training Matrix strategy together with Team Leaders and Employees.
Ensure foundational elements and resulting performance of the Plant TOS are meeting internal customer expectations.
Implement Lean Manufacturing by using Continuous Improvement and 5S tools.
Support the development of the plant strategic plan.
Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.
Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels.
Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods.
Knowledge You Should Bring
BS/BA AND 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate Degree AND 6+ years relevant experience leading teams of people in a high volume manufacturing or logistics setting in lieu of a degree OR 8+ years in a high volume manufacturing or logistics setting in lieu of a degree
Microsoft office / Microsoft Outlook
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work 2nd shift (3:30p – 11:30p, M-F); some weekend work required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
4 Years of Leading Teams, including Performance Management
Experience using Business Information tools to optimize team performance
DTNA Shoptech Experience and/or IMS Experience
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill
Experience Leading Teams in Union Environment (UAW)
Kronos or other Time & Attendance System Experience
Experience in Production Environment
