Application and Technology Portfolio Senior Manager
- Manage the application and technology portfolio for the firm, including products from Intapp, Aderant, Microsoft and Azure, and SQL databases.
- Lead the planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of custom applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to define business requirements, scope, and deliverables for technology projects.
- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for application development and maintenance.
- Manage the performance, availability, security, and compliance of the application and technology environment.
- Manage the budget, resources, and vendors for the application and technology portfolio.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the application and technology team members.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability and impact on the firm's business and IT strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex technology solutions in a large-scale, global, and dynamic environment.
- Experience in supporting business processes in finance, marketing, human resources, new matter intake and conflicts.
- Experience in leading custom app development projects and managing custom built systems.
- Experience in working with products from Intapp, Aderant, Microsoft and Azure, and SQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of application development life cycle, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
